O.FORUM

Every three years, O.Forum brings together industry and economic leaders and decision-makers for a unique event, defined not only by the quality of discussions but also by the special atmosphere that unites participants, including invited clients, the Group, and its fully engaged teams.

For Ortec, O.Forum is an expression of confidence in the future, in humanity’s ability to explore new frontiers, an opportunity to co-develop new solutions with clients, to shape tomorrow’s world with humility and agility. A diverse panel of speakers comes together to exchange ideas, share knowledge, and create the industry of the future.

DANTECH

Technical and technological innovation dedicated to safety, industrial performance, and environmental challenges. Part of Ortec’s R&D ecosystem, Dantech, our technical innovation center located in Durtal (Maine-et-Loire), brings together 40 engineers and technicians from the Technical Innovation Department. Working closely with field teams, Dantech focuses on four key areas:

  • Repair, modification and innovation for Ortec equipment and vehicles
  • Custom vehicles development
  • Fleet Electrification
  • Design and development of specific equipment

Constantly seeking new technical and technological solutions, Dantech contributes to improving operator safety, client service quality, industrial performance, and environmental sustainability.

innov'o

Innov’O, Ortec’s internal challenge and “Good Idea Award”, empowers every employee to actively contribute to the Group’s innovation journey. This annual challenge is designed to surface valuable ideas from the field.

Teams brainstorm to tackle various challenges: improving processes, rethinking tools, imagining new industries, inventing new services…

The goal of Innov’O is to foster a culture where ideas are shared openly – on any topic, at any time –  and to ensure those ideas can become tomorrow’s reality. To support this effort, Ortec has launched a dedicated digital platform where employees can submit ideas year-round, track progress, support others, and help projects evolve.
