“Made in Ortec” courses

At Ortec, “photocopy/coffee” courses don’t exist! Ortec’s courses are based on mutual trust. They allow trainees to fully immerse themselves in the reality of the Group and to closely examine its lines of business. Our trainees are given responsibilities and work on concrete projects as part of a team.

In 2013, Ortec welcomed 230 trainees and apprentices.

A veritable pool of new recruits, the courses enable Group managers and the Recruitment and Mobility Department to observe young trainees and apprentices on the ground.

In 2014, the Recruitment and Mobility department strengthened its relations and actions with targeted training schools. We meet young graduates and students to talk about our lines of business, the sectors in which we work and the Group’s values, and to present the opportunities for work placements or sandwich course contracts.

The Recruitment and Mobility department implements various actions:

  • Presentation of the Ortec Group and its lines of business in schools
  • Distribution to recruitment agencies of work placement announcements
  • Participation in professional forums and at prestigious universities: “Rhône-Alpes Forum”, “Forum Arts et Métiers” (Arts and Trades Forum), “Forum des métiers de l’industrie” (Industry Careers Forum) in Marseille, “Forum Entreprises – CFAI Provence” (CFAI Provence companies forum), “Forum Entreprises – Défense Mobilité” (Defence and Mobility companies forum), etc.
