A customised course for future Ortec Group managers
Future managers of the Ortec Group – How to apply?
The Ortec Group is conducting a recruitment campaign to select candidates capable of taking up the challenge and joining an induction course.
The selected candidates are first invited to an assessment centre where they will take part in numerous tests such as coping in practical situations, or personality and motivation tests. They will also have the opportunity to talk to Ortec Group leaders and operational managers. At the end of each session, the selected candidates will be offered a 100% personalised roadmap and an induction course at one of our operational agencies, in order to become, perhaps, one of our future managers.
More than 5 sessions will be scheduled for the last quarter of 2019, to learn more: follow our news on our website and our social networks.
Identifying young talent with a bold entrepreneurial spirit
Who is this initiatory recruitment programme aimed at? Young graduates with zero to three years’ technical training (equivalent to a BTEC Higher National Diploma). Candidates who have a strong taste for the field and are highly motivated to learn the jobs of the Ortec Group. Young people with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to quickly take on managerial responsibilities. Company culture and technical curiosity, listening skills, geographic mobility, autonomy, commercial sense, and flexibility are among the prerequisites sought from future candidates.
Ortec-style induction
The induction of future managers is consistent with the Ortec Group’s strategy: combining technical expertise and operational excellence to support its customers through differentiating services with high added value. All Ortec Group managers embody these values: commitment, sense of belonging, openness, loyalty, respect for others and proximity to the field.
Although the aim is to customise the career roadmap to each individual, all of the Group’s future managers begin their integration programme out in the field. They must quickly acquire technical know-how, and get to know and manage their future teams. They must also acquire in-depth business skills and learn to take on the challenges posed by the Group’s sectors of activity and customers. The future manager induction programme, also includes highly-supported management training as well as courses for acquiring operating skills: contract management, negotiation, legislation, etc. Each candidate progresses at their own pace, closely supervised by a dedicated tutor.
Can you keep a clear head? And dare to jump in at the deep end? Do you want to open up new horizons?
