3C Metal’s expertise lies in structural and piping fabrication, as well as electrical and hydraulic connections for integrating new equipment, extending existing facilities, or repairing and refurbishing current ones. The Group operates fabrication facilities across Europe, the Middle East, Southern Africa, the United States and Asia.

Project Management
3C Metal’s project management teams guide projects from start to finish, helping to define the scope early and carry the work through stages such as design, procurement, fabrication, installation and testing. Engineering
3C Metal’s engineering team develops detailed structural and piping solutions that are integrated into existing vessels or facilities. Using laser scanning technology alongside traditional survey methods, they create accurate 3D models of complex areas, allowing for clash detection and design adjustments before installation. Engineers use advanced software to produce precise 2D and 3D drawings, relying on tools such as Autodesk Product Design Suite, STAAD.Pro, ANSYS, CAESAR II, and in-house programs based on industry standards like ABS and DNV GL.

Their services include worldwide sourcing and purchasing, turnkey procurement solutions, brand representation, global warehousing, supply chain management, stock management and complete logistics solutions.
Manufacturing
3C Metal’s strategically located workshops are equipped for a large number of manufacturing requirements. All 3C Metal’s workshops specialize in piping and structural manufacturing and are positioned to meet clients’ needs.
Installation
3C Metal’s site installation teams deploy globally to integrate new systems or upgrade existing facilities. Whether onshore or offshore, their skilled workforce executes mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and structural installations with a strong focus on safety, reliability and minimal downtime.
Inspection
3C Metal provides local and remote inspection services, with in-house expertise and a range of calibrated gauging equipment. Their teams can be deployed worldwide to inspect parts or assemblies according to client, OEM or third-party specifications. Supported by fully equipped tool containers, 3C Metal offers visual, dimensional and NDT inspections, along with destructive testing through local laboratories. They also carry out pressure testing and inspect subsea-related equipment such as diverters, flex joints, riser spiders, wellhead connectors and marine drilling risers.

In almost 30 years of operation, 3C Metal has not only become a recognized leader in oil and gas industry but has diversified its operations to service clients in all areas of the energy sector. 3C Metal joined the Ortec Group on 30 September 2024.
