As part of its ongoing commitment to disability inclusion, the Ortec Group is taking an active role in the European Disability Employment Week (SEEPH), with events across its various sites.

This event raises awareness, informs, and actively engages employees in the challenges and importance of workplace inclusion for people with disabilities.

“Inclusion for people with disabilities is a deep and lasting commitment for the Group. Our values of boldness, high standards and care guide our daily actions and shape our interactions. It is our responsibility to support those facing life’s challenges,” says André Einaudi, Chairman and CEO of the Ortec Group. He emphasizes the need to “support every employee with a disability from the moment they join the Group and throughout their career.”

A solidarity challenge where every mile counts

All week long, employees are invited to participate in the “Run for 21 Dreams” challenge. Each kilometer they complete generates a €1 donation to the 21 Rêves association, which promotes the inclusion for people with Down syndrome. Every stride adds up, turning collective effort into meaningful support.

Inspiring meetings and moments of exchange

The week began on Monday, November 17, with a talk by Dorine Bourneton, the first woman with a disability to become an aerobatic pilot. Her story of resilience highlighted how inclusion is a vital driver that enables us to go further together.

On Tuesday, November 18, a webinar led by Stéphanie Galvan, Managing Director of Ariane Conseil, explored the Recognition of Disabled Worker Status (RQTH) and its benefits for employees and the company.

Thursday, November 20, marks DuoDay 2025, a unique event pairing Ortec employees with job seekers with disabilities to share, learn and build a more inclusive future together.

The week concludes on Friday, November 21, with a webinar led by Alice Devès, co-founder of Petite Mu, on mental health and invisible disabilities, an essential topic for understanding and supporting often overlooked realities.

Highlighting initiatives and strengthening team cohesion

In parallel, a call for projects allows employees to vote for their favorite initiative, rewarding team engagement and creativity. The winning project will be announced at the end of the week.

All of these actions reinforce the Ortec Group’s long-standing commitment to equal opportunity and workplace inclusion, through its La Vie Ensemble program and dedicated Disability Mission.
