SOM, ORTEC GROUP, AND TENNAXIA: a partnership to support industrial companies in their sustainable performance

SOM, a subsidiary of the Ortec Group specializing in engineering for energy, industry, and transportation, has partnered with Tennaxia, a leader in sustainable performance software. Together, SOM and Tennaxia will support companies in measuring, managing, and improving the impact of their sustainability, ESG, carbon, and HSE operations.

 

On Wednesday, October 8, 2025, Julien Einaudi, Group Managing Director of the Ortec Group, and Julien Victor, CEO of Tennaxia, formalized the partnership between SOM and Tennaxia at the Pollutec trade show in Lyon.

Sharing the ambition to offer high-quality services in supporting their clients in the areas of industrial and occupational risk management, HSE, waste management, and CSR, the two companies are leveraging their complementary expertise to jointly promote Tennaxia’s software applications and SOM’s related services.

As part of this collaboration, SOM will enable clients of its Sustainable Performance Solutions to incorporate Tennaxia’s software applications:

  • Tennaxia ESG (ESG/CSRD/VSME extra-financial performance reporting, monitoring of objectives and action plans, carbon footprint calculation and trajectory management, financial management of decarbonization),
  • Tennaxia HSE Regulatory Monitoring (management of HSE regulatory compliance),
  • Tennaxia Waste (waste management and traceability).

In addition to its software applications, Tennaxia will recommend SOM’s wide range of consulting, engineering, and technical support services, including:

  • Technical assistance with solution deployment
  • Comprehensive greenhouse gas assessments and decarbonization project management
  • Workplace risk assessment (DUERP)
  • Regulatory compliance audits
  • Industrial waste management audits and regulatory monitoring.
