As a strategic pillar of this transformation, the O’Climat Plan serves as Ortec’s ecological roadmap. This comprehensive program aims to reduce the environmental impact of both the Group’s and its clients’ activities through concrete actions, operational initiatives and dedicated events. The O’Climat Plan fully reflects Ortec Group’s climate commitment and its determination to reinvent industrial practices in a sustainable and responsible way.

At Ortec , compliance with laws and regulations is non-negotiable. The Group is committed to ensuring that all its activities, in France and internationally, are conducted in full accordance with applicable laws, whether in the social, fiscal, commercial or environmental fields.
All employees are expected to demonstrate the highest level of ethics, honesty, and integrity under all circumstances.
The Ortec Group’s Compliance Department is responsible for implementing the tools needed to structure this approach, centered around a new “Code of Conduct”.

Co-creating the solutions of tomorrow
Major transformations are not only decided at the top, they take root in real-life situations on the ground. With the O’Reka program, Ortec launched an innovative internal consultation program, led by multidisciplinary working groups, to generate concrete solutions to social challenges.
Between 2023 and 2024, O’Reka workshops engaged dozens of employees on key issues such as:
- Career mobility
- HR practices adapted to field realities
- Gender equality
- Training and skills development
Every idea and piece of feedback contributes to the Group’s concrete action plans. This collective dynamic is a strength: it enables us to build a company that is more agile, more responsible, and in tune with the expectations of its employees and society.
Responsible purchasing, sustainable commitments
At Ortec, every purchase is an act of commitment.
Our responsible procurement policy integrates CSR criteria at every level: from framework agreements to agency purchases, from local orders to calls for tenders. We prioritize suppliers who share our environmental and social standards.
In practice:
- Regular partnerships with the protected sector to promote inclusion of people with disabilities
- Biofuel procurement through collaborations with TotalEnergies and Altens
- Real estate and IT assets managed with a focus on resource efficiency
- Assessment of carbon footprint, gender equality and employability in the selection of our carriers
Our approach covers the entire supply chain, following a logic of continuous improvement and shared responsibility. To go even further, we signed the Responsible Supplier Relations and Procurement Charter (RFAR) of the French Ministry of Economy and Finance, which promotes exemplary practices: respecting payment deadlines, developing local purchasing, fair dispute management, and reshoring.
