Ortec Industrie opens a new branch in Creutzwald
Ortec Industrie Sarralbe, originally located on the INEOS platform, inaugurated a new branch in Creutzwald on October 3, 2024. This key milestone enables the branch to provide metalworking services in addition to its current activities. It also strengthens its production capacity to meet the growing market demand and seize new opportunities in the region.
Since 1995, Ortec Industrie Sarralbe has been providing industrial maintenance services for the INEOS platform, a global leader in chemicals and plastics such as polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE). Located directly on the client’s site under a general maintenance contract, the company provides services in mechanics, lifting, piping, assembly and boiler making. In recent years, the company’s ambition has been to diversify its activities and expand into new markets.
A new branch located close to business activities
The opening of a second branch in Creutzwald represents a real lever for strategic development. Featuring a modern 1,000 m² workshop equipped with an overhead crane, and 150 m² of office space, this new facility is now able to meet the growing demand for the design and installation of metal equipment and structures (frameworks, walkways, metalwork, guardrails, etc.), thanks to dedicated and adapted infrastructure.
As a multi-service group, Ortec is capitalizing on this expertise to respond to the specific needs of industrial clients based in Moselle, as well as companies in the construction and real estate sectors. These stakeholders are looking for tailor-made, reliable, high-performance solutions for their projects, particularly for the fabrication and installation of walkways, frameworks, terraces and other metal structures. The expertise in industrial metalwork offers a concrete and comprehensive response to their needs while opening up opportunities for collaboration with other entities in the Group.
Promising growth prospects
The new site in Creutzwald is more than just a metalworking facility. The upcoming launch of a project for Arkema will also benefit from the support of the Creutzwald-based teams working together with the teams from Friedlander Nord, the Ortec Group subsidiary specializing in new works, revamping and maintenance in the metalworking sector.
This organization illustrates the Group’s ability to create synergies between its entities to deploy the most appropriate resources and expertise at the right time and in the right place.
