Behind the Group’s environmental ambitions stands Dantech. Concentrating expertise in engineering, mechanics, design and testing, Ortec’s technical innovation center develops practical solutions to reduce the carbon footprint of activities.

One standout initiative: revamping sewer cleaning trucks, to extend their service life while enhancing on-site performance. A solution that delivers a double benefit: technical excellence paired with greater energy efficiency.

On the front lines of the “Let’s go to the Field!” program, they drive continuous improvement through site audits, deliverable quality, worker safety, and schedule compliance. Innov’O: rewarding ideas that change everyday life

At Ortec, every employee can be an agent of change. The Innov’O challenge, our showcase of participative innovation, brings this to life. In 2024, the focus was on digital solutions, generating more than 100 ideas, nearly 1,200 votes cast, and award-winning projects ranging from data optimization to unit shutdown management, and the digitalization of preventive inspections. Beyond the year-end awards, Innov’O represents a lasting culture of innovation, rooted in the belief that the best ideas often come from the field.
