Home Healthcare EV Charging Infrastructure
In 2020, the BRUNET agency in Tours completed the construction of a home healthcare facility (HAD) for its client LNA Santé. Located in La Riche (37), the site accommodates doctors’ and nurses’ offices, as well as a storage area for their equipment. The building includes a pharmacy area, changing rooms with sanitary facilities, and an administrative area comprising offices, break rooms, and a car park equipped with five dual charging stations for electric vehicles.
The charging infrastructure therefore provides 10 charging points, each with a power output of 7.4 kW. Equipped with a monitoring system and dynamic load management, the power allocated to the charging stations is distributed in real time according to the building’s electricity consumption, thus optimizing charging times.
Following the success of this initial project, our Tours agency has recently completed a second home healthcare facility for the same client in Blois (41). This facility is equipped with 10 dual charging stations, providing 20 charging points of 7.4 kW each. A third project is currently taking shape in Orléans, with an even greater number of charging points, further demonstrating our expertise in electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
