Our professional team is available every day to meet your needs, whether they are one-off, urgent, or recurrent, 24/7.

Cleaning and pumping of networks and infrastructure:
Sanitation networks and related structures require regular maintenance. Our expert teams support you with all maintenance, pumping, cleaning and unclogging operations on pipes of all diameters.

Draining, Maintenance and Inspection of Equipment:
Our teams support you with the draining, maintenance, servicing, and inspection of a wide range of your equipment, including: septic tanks, oil separators, grease traps, pumping stations, fuel tanks, reservoirs and basins, pools filters, dry risers (fire‑fighting systems), etc.

Grease Trap Draining and Cleaning:
The purpose of a grease separator, or grease trap, is to remove animal and vegetable fats from household wastewater in order to prevent drainage pipes from becoming clogged.
Regular maintenance is essential to ensure proper operation. To keep your equipment functional and compliant with current legislation, our teams carry out the pumping, draining, and maintenance of your grease trap.
Optimal maintenance requires draining once a month.

Hydrocarbon Separators:
Our maintenance, pumping, cleaning, and waste management services for hydrocarbon separators enable you to keep your installation in optimal working condition and to comply with current environmental standards.

Confined Space Operations:
As industrial cleaning specialists, we carry out operations in confined spaces. Because this type of service involves risks, it is performed by teams trained according to defined procedures / operating methods, using suitable equipment (ventilation systems and self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), etc.).

Removing a fuel oil tank is a mandatory when you want to change or upgrade your heating system. Our teams support you throughout this process: from advice through removal of the fuel oil tank.

Due to the nature of the products contained in the tank (fuel oil, deposits/sludge, gas), this operation must be carried out by trained and qualified professionals in order to manage all risks to people, property, and the environment.

Several sensitive operations are required before your tank can be removed:

1. Draining, degassing, and cleaning
2. Neutralization
3. Dismantling and removal
4. Waste management
5. Certificate of compliance

Ortec’s local teams carry out all of these operations while managing risks and complying with regulations.
