From aircraft preparation and delivery to in‑service operation and maintenance, our teams ensure continuity, flexibility and reliability of operations for manufacturers, equipment suppliers and operators.
By combining on‑aircraft interventions (cabin quality, non‑conformity handling, rework) with engineering, logistics and front‑desk support, Ortec Aero Services supports its customers throughout the entire aircraft lifecycle, in full compliance with Part 21 and Part 145 regulatory requirements.

Ortec Aero Services provides dedicated teams for cabin quality on FALs and delivery centers. Our technicians inspect cabins, open and process non‑conformities, perform cosmetic and functional rework (seats, service areas, lavatories, overhead bins, interior linings, etc.) and help secure aircraft compliance prior to delivery.
On‑aircraft teams are supported by technical and quality coordination resources that manage delivery preparation, documentation control and the interface between all stakeholders involved in the program.
In MRO environments, Ortec Aero Services manages the preparation and follow‑up of maintenance work packs, the definition and industrialization of repairs, the coordination of parts and kits, as well as the production and updating of associated documentation (damage reports, removed equipment lists, training material).
The unit provides comprehensive engineering support for in‑service aircraft: adapting maintenance programs, supporting the embodiment of modifications and technical bulletins, and contributing to the preparation of service offers and the sizing of airworthiness‑support solutions.
Ortec Aero Services deploys field representatives on behalf of OEMs (aircraft and equipment manufacturers) to provide a direct technical interface at maintenance stations and MRO platforms.
These profiles perform incoming aircraft inspections, advise on scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, assess structural repairs, support the embodiment of modifications and technical bulletins, and manage warranty liaison, with structured and digitalized reporting into customer systems.
Ortec Aero Services delivers end‑to‑end support for operators and MROs: logistics and warehouse management, component repair coordination, continuing airworthiness engineering, and management of aircraft technical records and configuration.
The unit also operates as a technical front desk, handling customer requests (maintenance and repair support, technical data, spare parts, technical bulletins, scheduled maintenance, tooling support) and providing data & BI services (data warehouses, ETL, dashboards) to steer quality and operational performance.
Building on the group’s GSE expertise, Ortec Aéro Services provides on‑site management, maintenance, calibration and repair of Ground Support Equipment (GSE/AGE).
Teams operate across an international network of sites, combining on‑site interventions (routine maintenance, inspections, calibrations that can be performed with a personal tool kit), logistics coordination for work carried out in specialized shops, commissioning, user support and training.
