The Ortec Group acquires Hydro Pipe International
Hydro Pipe International is specialised in the installation of penstocks, metal frames and constructions and mechanical equipment. The company is involved in implementing hydraulic dams. HPI has an in-situ design office that provides complete monitoring of the constructions. The company also has a manufacturing workshop equipped with tools to meet the specific needs of the various projects.
The acquisition of HPI will enhance the services that Ortec has offered up to now. It forms part of the Group’s strategy to give greater attention to renewable energies.
