A new ecodistrict in the heart of Grenoble

Grenoble Presqu’Île – Bouchayer Viallet is an ambitious project to create a new neighbourhood at the confluence of the Drac and Isère rivers. Spanning 265 hectares, this new urban breathing space will combine quality of life, economic performance, and academic and scientific vitality.

Scheduled for completion in 2030, the development will comprise six distinct sectors. Business and residential districts, campuses and public spaces will, in the future, turn this large-scale project into a real economic powerhouse for Grenoble.

OGD to rehabilitate the Presqu’île district

Currently occupied by research laboratories cut off from the rest of the city, Grenoble’s Presqu’île district will soon be rehabilitated to give it a second lease of life. The construction of a new, diverse and innovative neighbourhood will bring this part of Grenoble back to life.

Developer SEM InnoVia Grenoble Durablement has selected OGD (an Ortec subsidiary that specialises in site clean-up and rehabilitation) to work on this urban renewal project.

OGD, which meets the various criteria and requirements for a project of this magnitude, will be responsible for the removal, transportation and treatment of the contaminated soil excavated from the building site.

It will draw on its extensive experience and expertise to help deliver the project as best as possible.

The four-year framework agreement also includes preliminary earthworks.
