Ortec Environnement Nice opens a branch in Sophia Antipolis
Ortec Environnement provides the following services in the Alpes-Maritimes area :
- Sanitation, dredging, pumping
- Cleaning and disinfecting waste containers and rubbish shafts
- Disinfection of public or professional premises
- Disinsectisation and rat extermination, cleaning of kitchen flues and VMC
- High-pressure cleaning and stripping of floors/walls and/or after fire
- Pumping of septic tanks, grease traps and lift pumps
- Medical plumbing, video inspection
Equipped with sewer cleaning systems, 3.5-t, 12-t and 19-t high-pressure trucks and light vehicles, the Côte d’Azur-based agency mainly works for clients from the real estate sector by providing services in the cleaning and maintenance of public buildings: social housing, hotels, schools, hospitals, office buildings, etc.
Wishing to offer its current customers greater responsiveness, and aiming to extend its services to new sectors, the agency decided to approach Sophia Antipolis. As Europe’s leading technology park, Sophia Antipolis includes many companies in the areas of information and communication technology, multimedia, life and energy sciences, and sustainable development.
The new layout allows Ortec to offer its existing customers even greater proximity and responsiveness in the sector while at the same time opening itself up to the growing needs of the technology park’s high-tech companies. Two other sites will be opened in the near future to meet the needs of the Alpes-Maritimes clientèle, including one in Villefranche-sur-Mer and one in Mandelieu-la-Napoule.
