• Piping and boilermaking repairs

Performed in strict compliance with applicable codes and standards and regulations, and with the objective of “0 leaks at restart”, our piping and boilermaking repairs are executed in synergy with other on‑site activities, using proven and reliable methods. 

• Preparation for inspections and pressure testing

We support you in preparing for technical inspections and pressure testing in order to qualify equipment or systems for a new operating cycle. 

• Restart assistance

Orwaste manages the collection, packaging, transfer and treatment of waste generated by offshore activities and logistics bases, including slops, drilling muds and sludges, liquid and solid oil waste, as well as hazardous or non‑hazardous industrial waste. All waste streams are identified, characterized and tracked, then directed to approved treatment and recovery channels, in full compliance with Ivorian regulations and international standards applicable to Oil & Gas operators.

Our teams provide full management of oil waste generated by industrial, oil and service activities in Côte d’Ivoire, from on‑site collection through to routing toward appropriate treatment and recovery facilities. Waste streams are characterized, tracked and packaged in accordance with local regulations and international standards, then directed to specialized facilities enabling hydrocarbon recovery, energy recovery or oil regeneration, with the objective of optimizing overall costs and reducing environmental impact. 

• Drilling waste management 

Our teams handle the management of drilling muds and associated cuttings on both onshore and offshore sites, from collection and containment through to transport to specialized facilities. Drilling muds are characterized, secured and directed to approved channels (treatment, recovery or disposal), taking into account the specific requirements of oil operations in Côte d’Ivoire and regulatory constraints related to soil and environmental protection. 

• Industrial waste treatment 

The agency manages all industrial waste streams, whether non‑hazardous or hazardous, in solid, liquid or semi‑solid form, generated by production sites. Following characterization and sorting, the waste is directed to dedicated treatment channels (pre‑treatment, neutralization, physico‑chemical treatment, material or energy recovery, final disposal). This approach relies on a network of local and regional partners to ensure safe, traceable and economically and environmentally optimized waste management. 

• Export of hazardous waste  

For hazardous waste streams that cannot be treated in Côte d’Ivoire, we organize their export to appropriate international treatment facilities, in full compliance with the Basel Convention. These operations include the management of authorization procedures, documentary preparation, logistics coordination such as packaging, labeling, and transport, as well as traceability monitoring. This approach guarantees secure and compliant waste management throughout the entire chain: from the production site to the final treatment facility.
