Ortec buys out Industrial Cleaning activities in Canada
The new entity, Ortec Environment Services, has a workforce of 550 employees across 20 agencies.
Already present in Canada in the aeronautics engineering sector (Sonovision), our Group continues its development in the country in the sectors of industrial cleaning and sanitation services. The Group had expressed its willingness to invest in new opportunities and conquer new markets with a view to expanding its activities.
A new company, called Ortec Environment Services, has been created and brings together 550 employees spread across 20 agencies in Quebec, Ontario and British Columbia. “It is with great enthusiasm that we welcome to Ortec all the Canadian teams, with whom we share the professionalism and the will to always serve our customers to the best of our ability through environment-related activities,” said Julien Einaudi, Director of the Global Services Division to which the new entity is attached.
A major player of the Industrial Cleaning sector in Canada, Ortec Environment Services (OES) offers a wide range of specialist services: inspection and dredging of sanitation networks, industrial cleaning, unit shutdowns, high-pressure cleaning.
Its teams are mobilized daily on customers’ sites to offer them techniques and processes tailored to the specificities of each site and to enable them to ensure the reliability and performance of their installations.
Ortec has been present in France for nearly 30 years in the environmental and industrial cleaning sectors. Today, our Group is one of the major players in this field, offering a wide range of cleaning services (pumping, high-pressure cleaning, etc.), as well as delegated waste management and sanitation services for large industrial companies, SMEs and public organizations. The development of our activity in Canada now enables us to strengthen our position in this fast growing sector.
