Ortec acquires Veolia’s industrial cleaning division in Canada

A long-standing player in industrial and environmental services in France, and already present in Canada through its Engineering subsidiary (Sonovision), the ORTEC Group is solidifying its presence in North America thanks to this acquisition. The new entity, called Ortec Environment Services, employs 550 people across Canada, in 20 offices, and generates annual sales of $90M.

A major player in the Canadian industrial cleaning and sanitation market, this company caters to industrial clients and to the public sector. Video inspection, cleaning of city/municipal networks, industrial cleaning activities, and unit shutdown work for industrial clients, are all services that Ortec already offers in France.

Ortec Environment Services will be integrated into ORTEC Group’s Global Services Division, headed by Julien EINAUDI. Stéphane TURCAT will assume the new entity’s operational management, working out of the Montreal Head Office.
