Ortec at the ICAM Entreprises Forum dedicated to the recruitment of young engineers
On March 31, 2023, the Group is taking part in the 12th edition of the event organized in Paris by the Grande Ecole of Engineering. This is the opportunity to present the professions and expertise of Ortec Engineering and to recruit new talents.
Internships, work-study programs, professional training contracts… the expectations of future engineering graduates are high when it comes to starting their first job. The ICAM Entreprises Forum acts as a bridge between the thousand students walking the aisles and the hundred companies invited to participate.
Ortec at the forefront of engineering professions
The Ortec Group is participating in the forum as a result of its maintained focus on young graduates. This is evidenced by the numerous recruitment days as well as the afterwork and job dating events organized by the Group. Ortec is involved in large-scale engineering projects in the aeronautics, energy, industry, transport and other sectors. This momentum requires new skills and fosters the integration of young talents into teams of more experienced engineers. New talents are placed at the heart of industrial challenges for assignments in the fields of design, project engineering, digital and data or construction engineering. Young engineers evolve every day working for the leading industrial companies in order to meet major challenges, particularly around environmental issues and the decarbonization of industry.
More than a thousand young people recruited by Ortec in 2023
The ambition to bring together the best skills in order to meet customer expectations is part of Ortec’s DNA and its strong service culture. It is the practical implementation of the recruitment plan launched by Ortec, aiming to recruit 2,000 new talents, with half being young graduates, in 2023.
