On June 19 to 25, the Ortec Group, represented by its Business Unit Ortec Engineering, will be participating in the 54th edition of the Paris International Air Show at the Exhibition Center in Paris-Le Bourget. A presence under the banner of innovation, skills development and environmental transition.

Ortec Engineering’s expertise covers all aspects of engineering – from the design office to on-site engineering, including project engineering and Data & Digital – in support of its Aeronautical, Defense and Aerospace customers.

Every day, close to 1,500 engineers and technicians spread over some thirty branch offices in nine countries (Canada, France, Germany, India, Malaysia, Romania, Spain, United Kingdom, United States) strive to provide high value-added services: maintenance programs, technical data, service bulletins, major repairs, structural repair solutions, Ground Support Equipment, etc.

At the 2023 Paris Air Show, the Ortec Engineering teams will present their professions, their offers for the sector and their latest innovations: 3D printing, virtual training solutions and marketing support, Building Information Modeling, and more.

The Show is also an opportunity to discuss the major challenges of the sector with their customers. “Ortec Engineering represents both a mindset and an ambition: to be an actor for change. This is clearly stated in our slogan “DESIGN THE CHANGE”. We’ve been working alongside major players in the Aerospace and Defense industries for several decades. Today, we support them in meeting major technological challenges, such as implementing new energies, analyzing motorization solutions or managing maintenance data. We’re also at the heart of issues related to training, skills development and up-scaling” says Julien Einaudi, Ortec Group Managing Director and Head of the Engineering Division.

Acting for the decarbonization of industry

The global challenge of reducing greenhouse gas emissions raises complex technological issues for the aerospace industry. Ortec Engineering supports industry professionals by developing intelligent engineering and training solutions: energy, propulsion efficiency, lighter structures, technical data management, maintenance optimization, etc.

Tailor-made courses for skills development

Ortec is committed to the development of knowledge through an educational approach and specific tools and infrastructures. This is the aim of the “So’Academy by O’Métier” program, designed to help new employees and expert teams develop their skills in the face of constant changes in the sector.
