A unique organization
Ortec is organized into five business divisions, each structured into departments that manage specialized subsidiaries and operational agencies strategically located as close as possible to its customers’ industrial processes.
Shared support services provide their specific expertise across the organization. Thanks to this model and strong synergy between local agencies, the Group can quickly and effectively mobilize the resources and energy required for the comprehensive execution of projects, and deploy its multi-business know-how worldwide.
Engineering division
The strength of a multidisciplinary engineering group, with the approach and expertise of specialists. Ortec’s engineering offering, in France and internationally, is built on 30 years of experience in aeronautics, defense, energy, transport, and industry. The Group’s engineering teams combine proximity, availability, agility, and responsibility to contribute to the success of their customers’ projects from the earliest stages.
From studies to works, including project management and data management, Ortec Engineering’s services cover the entire lifecycle of industrial projects. The diversity of the sectors in which Ortec operates, together with the experience gained through its works activities, gives the Engineering Division strong hands-on experience and a clear focus on execution.
Contracting France Division
Cutting-edge expertise in piping, metalworking, lifting, and other fields, combined with a strong ability to mobilize human and material resources, positions Ortec as a major player on the most demanding worksites.
Responsiveness, agility, coordination of skills, and technical innovation enable the Group to meet the greatest challenges alongside our customers. The Group’s experience serves major clients, addressing the challenges of large-scale projects (e.g. Back-up Diesel Generators: DUS, ITER, etc.). Whether for new works or revamping, in mechanical engineering, boilermaking, piping, and other fields, know-how is transferred and built upon to approach worksites with the highest level of technical rigor and under the best possible safety conditions.
Contracting International Division
Expertise in turnkey projects (EPCI: Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Installation).
Although the core activity of the international Contracting Division’s agencies is focused on metalworking activities (prefabrication, manufacturing, and installation), in the energy, mining and agri-food sectors, the Group’s commitment to supporting its customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their projects has led its agencies to diversify their activities over the past 30 years. They now provide an integrated range of services, from studies through to commissioning, including facility maintenance.
The regional network of agencies, knowledge of local ecosystems, and multidisciplinary know-how make Ortec and its subsidiaries responsive, reliable partners in addressing constantly evolving economic, social, and environmental challenges.
Global Services Division
Driven by a strong customer service culture, Ortec applies its know-how in industrial maintenance, remediation, sanitation, waste management, and electrical and thermal engineering. With a network of local agencies, the Group puts its operational capacity, responsiveness, and flexibility at the service of industrial companies and public organizations.

Energy Division
Committed to a low-carbon approach in line with the Paris Agreement, the Ortec Group contributes to the energy transition in response to global warming.
The Energy Division demonstrates the Group’s capacity to deliver in the fields of electrification and renewable energy. It is part of Ortec’s overall offering: design, deliver, maintain.
Its priorities include supporting major industries in their transition, improving energy efficiency in buildings in line with the BACS and Tertiary decrees, operating renewable energy plants, and developing solutions based on new forms of energy (hydrogen, geothermal energy, biomass, and solar power).
Its teams specialize in electrical engineering, thermal engineering, low-current systems, and the installation of EV charging infrastructure. A network of ultra-fast battery charging stations also helps meet the needs of industrial companies committed to electrifying their fleets.
