On February 23, 2023, the Arts et Métiers institute in Aix-en-Provence is organizing the 14th Future Engineers Forum. The Ortec Group will introduce its activities and offer internships and apprenticeships to students and young graduates.
It is one of the most recognized events in terms of recruitment days dedicated to students and young engineers. The 14th edition of the Future Engineers Forum, organized by the Arts et Métiers engineering and research institute (ENSAM) in Aix-en-Provence, will be held on February 23. It represents an opportunity for students and young graduates to meet industrial stakeholders, partners of the event.
The Ortec Group, driven by a desire to integrate young engineers in its teams, will be present at the forum. Our recruiters will present the Group’s engineering activities (Design offices, Projects, Data, Sites) in the sectors of Aeronautics, Defense, Energy, Transport, Industry, etc. They will be listening to young people looking for an internship or apprenticeship, alongside several Ortec branch managers, during a business lunch, before moving on to interviews.
Ortec recruits 2,000 new talents in 2023
To optimize its grasp of the new horizons it is exploring, Ortec makes the recruitment of young talent a key factor in its development. With the ambition of recruiting 2,000 people in 2023, including 1,000 young people, the Group is involved in a dynamic process that combines business expertise and respect for contemporary environmental imperatives to support the energy transition.
