Supporting research through sport

Launched in 2014 by the Fondation ARC for Cancer Research, Triathlon des Roses is a charity sports event held every year on the occasion of Pink October (Breast Cancer Awareness Month).
Objectives include supporting breast cancer research projects (229 in 2021), raising awareness about the health benefits of sports and informing the public about advances in research.
In 2022, more than 436,000 euros have been raised during the triathlon.

Ortec’s participation in this initiative reflects the Group’s long-standing commitment to cancer research. Other events, such as participation in “Les Bacchantes” race in autumn to raise awareness about prostate cancer, add to the long list of solidarity activities supported by Ortec.
