Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining is a structuring renovation solution for solid and long-lasting pipes.
Are your pipes worn out, blocked or damaged? We can renovate or repair them without disturbing the occupants!
A structuring solution for solid and sustainable pipes
Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining of your vertical sewer stack (wastewater and black water) and drinking water pipes is the ideal trenchless rehabilitation solution for defective pipes with bends up to 90°.
With a lifespan of more than 50 years, this rehabilitation process represents a sustainable, economical and ecological alternative to the conventional replacement method.
Rehabilitation by lining allows you to obtain a new pipe at a lower cost and without any excavation work.
Techniques adapted to all types of pipes
The inside of the existing pipe is used as a mold to create a new, seamless pipe.
From the bottom of the drain or from the cleanout, a resin-coated liner is inserted into the existing pipe.
As it dries, the liner hardens, restoring the pipe’s mechanical properties and uses.
Rehabilitation by lining in 7 steps
The pipe is mechanically cleaned with a Picote miller to remove all deposits and impurities from the walls.
The pipe is rinsed with water using a hydrocleaner.
A second video inspection is carried out to ensure the quality of the cleaning.
5. Rehabilitation
Once the liner has completely hardened, the connections are reopened using a milling robot.
The final video inspection is carried out to check that the liner is complete and watertight.
A long-lasting solution tailored to your needs
STRUCTURING
Seamless knitted and extremely flexible, the epoxy sleeve provides:
- perfect sealing of the existing pipe
- a strong structure for long-term durability, even if the old pipe deteriorates from the outside due to weather conditions.
The advantage of this liner is that it has STRUCTURING properties, unlike resin spraying which only provides interior sealing. The liner’s properties make it the ideal rehabilitation solution for defective pipes with bends up to 90 degrees.
SOLID
The Epoxy Sleeve guarantees a uniform thickness of 3.5mm in the pipeline unlike resin projection which cannot guarantee precise thickness results in the absence of flow control or mechanized application.
SUSTAINABLE
A pipeline made of different materials does not age uniformly at all points (different expansion of materials, repairs with PVC, etc.). The mechanical structure and bonding guarantee long-term durability.
- Better tolerance to pipe roughness
- New pipe at lower cost
- Longer pipe service life
- No disruption to occupants
- Back in service on the same day
